Grupo Global helds meetings with the “Board of Directors” every other week in which fundamental and essential decisions are being taken in order to have an accurate performance in the organization.

The Board of Directors is composed by 7 principals and 7 substitutes.
Planning
Planning
Once a year Grupo Global carries out “Strategic Planning” meetings in an appropriate place in which all the directors unanimously decide the actions directives for next year.

In these meetings are defined the all the “Planning actions” to be developed. Each planning action is assigned to a different committee. The execution of the plan is carried out by the committee in charge through out the entire year and it is closely examined in all the meetings of the Board of Directors.

Information
Grupo Global helds “Extended Meetings” on a quarterly basis with the board of directors. These meetings allow the exchange of relevant information about the travel and tourist field.

Benchmarking

Once a year all the agencies hold a meeting to commemorate the Benchmarking which lies in contrasting operative costs of each agency to optimize them and achieve efficiency and profitability.

Grupo Global carries out exclusive events such as famtrips, Christmas Parties, training and tuition meetings, intended to promote its structure as a whole and give exposure to its members in the market.
